About Captain Mike Parks
Captain Mike Parks is a Coast Guard certified captain and has been working on the water for over 35 years. He has fished the waters of the western Albemarle Sound to the offshore waters between Hatteras and Oregon Inlet.
When not fishing or working on fishing gear, he guides duck hunters on the shoals around Oregon Inlet.

About the Wendy Kay
The Wendy Kay is a 35 foot Duffy powered by a 3208 435 HP Cat motor. Fully Licensed and Insured.
With plenty of room and a full head, the Wendy Kay is a very stable and comfortable vessel upon which your group will fully enjoy your charter trip.
